I went to my village the day before yesterday.
I woke up at 4:30 am and reached the office at 6 am and at 2 pm my brother came to receive me.
We went to our village and reached back home at 12:30 am. Then again I woke up at 4:30 am and came back from the office at 3:30 pm.
I was tired so slept at 4 pm and woke up at 8 pm. Still, I felt sleepy and slept at 10:30 pm. It's strange as my body is not supporting me and I feel so lazy these days every time.
I don't feel like going to work because of the physical and mental stress I get from there. It's always a challenge to complete a whole day at work.
I thought of leaving the job several times but could not as could not get a new job.
It's a tough life for me.
What about you? Do you have an easy life?

Seems like you have a shift system.
Your hectic travel to and from the village seems to have exerted you a lot.
So it is best to have some good rest whenever possible.
Don't you get a few EL/CLs which you could perhaps take now?

Yes but if one is unwell and needs rest, it is sometimes good to take a few leaves.
Although I myself have to be cautious on more leaves as I had to take 3-4 days leave in the 2nd half of Feb due to illness of myself and family members.

Well I can understand as taking too many leaves is often not liked by the Employers.

What's the temperature at your house and at your job? Hot weather always makes people feel tired. And stress can make us feel tired, too.
We stay at home and I edit manuscripts online. The job can be stressful when an author thinks the things I'm suggesting will "mess up" his book. I don't care what the author thinks as long as he pays me.
Other than that, the hardest thing I do all day is talk to the crazy people on myLot.

It was a hectic trip disturbing your sleep rhythm. Hopefully getting enough sleep will help. Looks like you have work in different shifts. Maybe taking a day off for rest would be good.
I too feel tired and sleepy when my sugars are not in control. Since you are also a diabetic, that might be a concern.

@arunima25 you should walk a lot to reduce the sugar level.

@sjvg1976 That sounds good. Sometimes body needs that rest. These days my sugars are a bit high and I feel low on energy. I have a doctor's appointment coming month.

I am sorry you are struggling so much. It might be stress making you sleepy. Do what you can to take care of you so you can deal with it. My life isn't too difficult, but there are times I get stressed out.

When I was still working I was always stressed, I wish I could have had a job where everyone was nice and professional ......... good thing when I could finally retire, now I am not stressed anymore

Life is hard this time. You lack sleep that's why you're body is demanding you to sleep. I also feel the same if lack sleep.
