Eat yellow rice and fried chicken in a box / myLot

Lunch with yellow rice and fried chicken, along with other side dishes. Yellow rice and side dishes in put in a box. We often call it boxed rice. Coincidentally, a friend of mine was celebrating his birthday, and he made yellow rice and put it in a box. Then share it with me and other friends. it tastes pretty good too. What's more, the food is free? LoL Have you ever seen yellow rice? Or have you ever eaten it? Image is mine

I have seen yellow rice. I like making fried rice with butter. This boxed rice of yours looks so neat. I like the way how the food is organized in a cute-sized box. Also, the food looks so delicious.

Yes. By yellow rice, you mean adding turmeric right?! Cz we eat yellow rice then. One is called pulao and another is called khichdi. Both are usually yellow. BTW, what does taru mean?

Taru is Indonesian, meaning put. You are absolutely right, this yellow rice is cooked together with turmeric, which makes the color of the rice yellow.
