Picked up a few boneless pork chops. These are easy to bake in the oven. This same recipe would be good for chicken, but you may need to cook it a little longer.
I use breadcrumbs or Shake ’n Bake to coat the meat. Cook in preheated oven at 400* for 20-25 minutes.
Mashed potatoes and green beans are my two favorite sides to go with these pork chops. Sometimes I will only have the potatoes.
Another easy peasy dinner. Use foil on your pan for easy clean up.
Photo is mine.

@CarolDM My Uncle Gerald was surprised by what his heart doctor said. Lean pork is a meat that he recommended, instead of consuming beef. White meat(pork, chicken)are very low in fats.

@CarolDM It is delicious. I learned how to make it 4 or 5 years ago.

Those look really good.
Have you ever tried baking chicken with potatoes and green beans, spice to taste and then add one can of Campbells' Cheese soup? (I just spoon gobs of the cheese soup over the meat and put foil over the top. With potatoes added you'll need to cook it at 375 for 45 minutes.) That's one of our favorite meals.

We haven't had pork in ages. Could go for some ribs or pork chops. Your meal sounds yummy.

Wait, wait, wait...
Oh never mind. I already did that joke. lol
But man, looks delicious and I did some breaded pork steaks not that long ago. I can't use Shake 'N' Bake though. I just mix together some flour, bread crumbs, and seasoning into a bowl and use that.
Not that I am knocking going the "easy" route mind you.
Dinner looks good.

This looks very yummy. When we have pork chops we cook them in a pan on the stove as for sides we have stuffing with gravy on top and green beans or mashed potatoes with gravy

Oh, this is just how my mom made them when I was a kid! (A very long time ago lol). Shake 'n Bake, and same sides and everything! Ahhhh, now I'm craving this. Maybe I'll make these up just to relive some bygone memories.
