I promise I did not go to bed hungry last night. I know the numbers are low. I just wasn't very hungry yesterday. I think today might make up for the past two days. We'll see.

Yes, it can. Those numbers are not including the exercise.
I'm sorry you couldn't exercise for two days. I hope your stomach is feeling better.

You have been enjoying oatmeal each morning. It made me hungry for oatmeal, so I have been eating it for lunch! lol Your calories are very low, be careful:( Tomorrow you could probably up them a little, as you suggested

Yes, I did. I had a normal calorie count yesterday.
This morning I changed it up and had something out of the Mediterranean recipe guide. It was good, super easy to make, no cooking involved and delicious. I'll be having it again.

That is very low calories, for sure. But if you aren't hungry it happens. How's the tilapia - I don't think I have ever tried it

@just4him Well that is good to know; I like quite a few kinds of fish but never had tried that one.
Today I bought cod - I love that fish breaded but never tried it not breaded
And that is good; sometimes it just works out that way with hunger
