I promise I did not go to bed hungry last night. I know the numbers are low. I just wasn't very hungry yesterday. I think today might make up for the past two days. We'll see. Weight - 189 - Down 8 ounces Food Breakfast - Oatmeal w/Raisins and Almond Milk, 1 Slice Ezekiel 4:9 Raisin Bread w/ 1 TBS. Almond Butter. Lunch - 1 Serving Tilapia, 2 Potatoes - Mashed Snack - Banana Beverage - 2 Water, 1 Tea, 1 Milk Grand Total Calories: 621 Fat: 16.4 Sodium: 225 Potassium: 1776 Carbs: 108 Sugar: 47 Protein: 46 Exercise Bike - 5/124/23:37 Shopping - 30 Minutes I know those calories are usually one meal, not a full day's calorie intake. I did good except for the breakfast of King Cake and another slice for dessert after dinner. Oh well, I only got two this year and this is the end of them! You are doing great as usual!!

@just4him It is basically a big cinnamon roll with icing on the top and colored sugar in Mardi Gras colors. Some are filled with various fillings. Traditional ones are just cinnamon or plain.

@kareng Don't they have something in them and the person who gets that something is king/queen for the day? Or is that something else I'm thinking about?

I'm glad you did well too. It's good to enjoy cake once in a while, and this was a special occasion. I've heard of King Cake. I've never had it. Thank you.

I don't think I need to worry about that today. I just finished off large fruit bowl I bought yesterday. Now, I only need to figure the calories.

Those are great foods our body needs. Exercise can reduce calories in the body. I didn't exercise for 2 days. My stomach was upset again after drinking tea added with coffee. I feel drained.

Yes, it can. Those numbers are not including the exercise. I'm sorry you couldn't exercise for two days. I hope your stomach is feeling better.

You have been enjoying oatmeal each morning. It made me hungry for oatmeal, so I have been eating it for lunch! lol Your calories are very low, be careful:( Tomorrow you could probably up them a little, as you suggested

Yes, I did. I had a normal calorie count yesterday. This morning I changed it up and had something out of the Mediterranean recipe guide. It was good, super easy to make, no cooking involved and delicious. I'll be having it again.

That is very low calories, for sure. But if you aren't hungry it happens. How's the tilapia - I don't think I have ever tried it

It's a mild fish. Delicious. I was surprised I wasn't hungry with so few calories.

@just4him Well that is good to know; I like quite a few kinds of fish but never had tried that one. Today I bought cod - I love that fish breaded but never tried it not breaded And that is good; sometimes it just works out that way with hunger
