Covid 19 change my whole life, before covid, i always find a reason for not doing a simple things, like spend quality time with my family and closed friends. The reason like "theres always next time for doing that".
And Covid 19 attacking worldwide, and thousands of people died, everyday i heard people died, and i can't sleep well because of it.
Now, after 2 years gone by, i get used to deal with it, and try to managed to gather with my family and closed friends after several months didnot see each others (of course we follow the rules that apply if we want to meet each others).
This pandemic makes me valued life more and more and never take anything for granted. Because we never know whats gonna happens next.

I heard aliens were next up.
You have to do what you feel is right. I think most people are guilty of taking things for granted.

I have learned to value life more too. Yesterday the news reporter said there had actually been NO deaths that day. Amazing.

I haven't really been affected by 'the pandemic' ...
Well, it did inspire me to 'wash my hands with soap, for 20 seconds (two "Happy Birthday songs"), once a day' (on top of the 'rinse & dry' I always did regularly everytime I use the restroom).
But what really affected me was 'the quarantine'---I got into the habit of--rather than being taken to the grocery-store (or walking the mile+) twice a week--I have my roommate/caregiver add things to HER shopping-list (when she goes to the store on her way home from work).
Tho I'm vaxxed and fully boosted (two or three times, by now), I don't think I'm going to start 'going to the grocery-store myself' again until I HAVE TO.

@MrDenata Maybe not for YOU (nor for most people who are 'socially active'); but for me, "going to the store a few times a week" was my ENTIRE social-life (not counting my 'virtual' social-life here & on Twitter & Facebook & Klondike Expeditions etc.)

I do not know what is up next, but you bet something will come up. Even with Russia invading the Ukraine, l did not think it would actually happen but it did. Just like that - civilians are dying, buildings are being demolished and millions are being displaced.

Before covid I was afraid of everything, of going out, of having fun, of everything.
Now I have understood that life is very short, and that you have to live it.
