It seems to me that as the Ukraine and Russian war comes to a point of no return, it has a far and wide cataclysmic effect. News outlets reported oil price hike especially in PH due to the ongoing war. I woke up to the price of 1 liter of gasoline amounting to 75 pesos. This price however is expected to reached to as much as 100 pesos. The volatile price of oil in the world market is not only affecting the transportation sector but is hitting hard the pocket of minimum wage earners and the poorest of the poor in the country as prices of basic commodities like rice, corn, bread, fresh, dried and canned fish and other marine products, fresh pork, beef and poultry meat are now skyrocketing. Is your country experiencing the same as well?

I agree. An increase in petrol and diesel prices makes everything costlier.

We can thank our inept government for this situation.
They did not do enough to protect us consumers.
