What's the Deal with Kim &-Pete or -Kanye?

I saw on E!'s Daily Pop they were talking about how Pete Davidson has 'branded' himself (as Kim Kardashian's latest 'Prize Bull'?) https://www.eonline.com/news/1323392/kim-kardashian-reveals-boyfriend-pete-davidsons-my-girl-is-a-lawyer-tattoo-tribute And at first I wanted to know 'how the separation matters have been handled so quickly (who has custody of the four children? how is the property divvied up? etc.)'; but after thinking about it a while, I'm almost ANGRY at Kim (& a little at her family, for convincing people that such behavior is "okay"; but mostly at Kim), for joining-in on the destruction of 'the sanctity of marriage.' The quote that set me off was one from an interview Kim gave; she said, "I think it's just in life, like no matter what it is, I encourage my friends and the people that I love just to be happy. And I went for it, I was like, 'You know what, I'm in my 40s,...just go for it, find your happiness.' And I went for it and I took my time and I found it and it feels so good and I want to hold onto that forever." 'No!' I want to respond to her (as if she's actually reading this), 'That's not how life works! Sure, you're in your 40s; but YOU'RE NOT A SINGLE GIRL ANYMORE! ... You know you're a mother of four, yeah? And aren't you still married? 'When you're in your 40s, YOUR KIDS are your life! and YOUR HUSBAND is your life! And--if you can't be happy with THEM--maybe you need to go the way my dad did when he decided he couldn't "be happy" with my mother and -brother & -sister & me! 'And you "took your time"? When was that? in some undiscovered pocket-dimension? And you "found it and ... want to hold on to it forever"? Is that before or after "death parts" you & Kanye?' She states that she & Kanye split up over ‘a general difference of opinions.’ That's a summary of "what she told her mom in Keeping Up with the Kardashians"---that she & Kanye were practically "living separate lives" anyway. She filed for divorce in February last year. And Kanye wasn't "pining away" for her---taking his new girlfriend to his-&-Kim's "special place" in France only a few months later. I just hope her kids don't feel unloved.
