Camps for Kids

I've sent my kids to camps, although nothing 'regularly'. My son loved going to a Christian camp 2 years ago and I think the experience he had was so good for him. I'd love for him to go back this year too. He needs it as he's at an awkward age and really has been hard for a single mom to handle. I love him dearly but he's making some very bad choices that are completely against what I've taught him. So I am definitely looking into doing it again this year too.

My boys go to scout camp. They love it. The oldest one (14yrs) loved it so much that he volunteered to go back for 2 weeks to work as a volunteer.

I saw an article about church camps. Some of them are very scary -- worse than Al Qaeda's brainwashing camps. I hope it wasn't one of those.

yes, really need camp for the kids and they are facing many mental stress and in order to make to normal , they should take part in camps..

Yes my Grandparents send us to church camps. Every year when I was a kid.

yes my oldest son went with the youth group from church to a camp twice this summer..he loved it..he is already talking about going again next summer

My daughter went to church camp and had a great time. She also goes to Soccor camp. I think it is a great idea to send your child to camp.
