What has Sen. Mitch McConnell got against Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson?

On THE NATIONAL DESK the other day, I saw just-a-little-bit of Sen. McConnell's announcement about his vote against approving Judge Jackson---just the statement that--after reviewing her resume--he "cannot and will not approve."
And then Jan Jeffcoat dutifully 'carried the baton' to the next story (as 'anchorwoman').
But did McConnell further explain? Let's see ... https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=5035979173116188
First, her "refusal" to reject the idea of 'packing the court' (with Democrats, I assume).
Second, a lack of Constitutional cases to see her philosophies-on.
Third, the records they DO have of her--performing on many Criminal cases--show that she's been consistently LIGHT on criminals---sentencing UNDER the recommended durations, etc.
The main difference I'm seeing is that--where McConnell sees people in the courts as 'either positive (good, obedient boys & girls) or negative (law-breakers through-&-through)'--Judge Ketanji (I guess, not having read her idea on this anywhere) sees people as 'people, who can choose to obey the laws.'
Is that the idea you see?

'Choose to obey laws'..that is a major bias on her part.

bias against-what? against "blind obedience"? Do Republicans/Conservatives want America's citizens to be more machine-like, while Democrats/Liberals want the freedom-of-choice to remain with the humans?

@mythociate What I mean is if people have no consequences and can choose whether or not to obey laws, then that is total rubbish. Look, I don't have a choice of obeying laws or not, I have to obey them or else. Course at this moment in time, I am not looking to break any laws.
She sounds soft as marshmallows to me.

@RebeccasFarm I guess I should look at one particular case, and the one that comes to mind is 'the people found guilty of possession of child pOHARn.'
Searching for news on that led me to an article explaining Judge Jackson's 'conclusion' on judicial power.
"The judge is the arbiter between the government and the defendant. It makes no more sense to deride a judge for sentencing below the prosecutor’s recommendation than it would to do so for sentencing above the defendant’s recommendation. It is very common for federal judges to impose sentences that are more lenient than what the U.S. attorney recommends."

So McConnell's announcement is more like 'a recital of his faith-statement regarding the Republicans/Conservatives' devotion to the court-system'?
