Does Anyone Watch Basketball?

The NBA Playoffs are near, but there's so much uncertainty. You have injuries, certain cities (Toronto) that won't allow non-vaccinated players in their country. What if Brooklyn plays them in the 2nd round? Then you have COVID protocols altogether, forcing a guy out of games. The East is very top heavy. Milwaukee, Miami, Philadelphia, Boston, Brooklyn, and to a lesser extent, Chicago (who are almost back to full), Cleveland, Toronto. I've been saying it for years, but the non-stop 3-pt shooting makes the game boring. And the 10-minute reviews at the end of games. It should take no more than 30-60 seconds. I say give each coach TWO challenges, and the refs aren't allowed to see anything. Basketball is a continuous game, and the stops ruin it. And then the flagrant foul junk - it's sports, it's competitive. Giannis is an amazing player. Stayed with one team for all those years, even signed his contract extension a year early, when it seemed not to make any sense. All the pundits said he'd never do it. But he wanted to know his teammates, coaches, and organization to know he was all in, and wasn't going to desert them regardless of what happened in the playoffs. And what happens? They FINALLY get over the hump and win a title. I really don't want Philly to win... Last year, I felt that way with Brooklyn (and any of the teaming up stuff) until I had some respect for Kyrie Irving, not going to be a rich slave.

No, I don't watch basketball. I'm not really into sport at all, sorry.
