Talk About A Crazy Accident

Happy Monday everyone! It's a cold morning here and I'm already on coffee cup #3. Not because it's cold out but because I didn't sleep well and was having crazy dreams. Yesterday my second oldest grandson was doing some work on a school bus that he's refurbishing when he put a nail from a nail gun through his thumb. My son sent me a picture and it gave me the chills. The reaction of parents are so different. My daughter in law took him to the hospital, my son sent me the picture and asked if it reminded me of all the times I had to rush him to the hospital for stitches. My grandson (he's 23) put the picture on Instagram with a " look what I did" caption. I'm glad I only had 1 boy. My son has 4 and I don't know how my daughter in law doesn't drink. Life is never dull

That would be painful. A sewing machine needle went through my finger once.

I wouldn’t have wanted to see that picture either. Our son wasn’t accident prone he didn’t use power tools though. I hope your grandson heals well.

@Marilynda1225 Just the thought of it gives me the chills. He sounds so cavalier about it.

Wow, that sounds painful. My dad was one of 4 boys, and they drove my grandmother insane.

yes boys are the hardest. I thought I might loose my mind before I got them grown. Matter of fact I probably did I had 3 boys and only 2 girls.

Boys come with a whole different bunch of problems compared to girls but girls bring their own problems too

I had to laugh at the 'doesn't drink' comment! Poor soul - my sister had 5 boys but 2 was enough for me.
