How do we protect ourselves against hot weather? / myLot

I have shifted to Ahmedabad and am here for the past one year. Summer is dreadful here and even being indoors is an ordeal that one has to get used to. Suggest some means by which we can combat the hot dry summer.Temperatures soar to mindboggling levels.Search Gogle and you will be amazed.

I am so sorry to know how hot it gets there. I have been aware of this for a few years now that the temps in India are inhumane. I hate heat myself, so I would not live long there.

Drink chaas (kachi Lassi) without using sugar. Also, try to have bottle gourd as much. I hope that helps.
