Milk tea can still work as well as coffee for me

That is very interesting that usually coffee works so well for me. I will be full of energy after drinking it. Now I found that the milk tea also works the same. If I drink it in the afternoon, I will be sleepless at night

@JudyEv, agree it's the caffeine that makes us awake almost whole night. I only drink coffee in the morning.

@youless The ingredient in coffee which could keep you alert and awake is caffeine. Teas also have caffeine - and depending on how it is prepared some may have even more than coffee. The teas that have caffeine are black tea, green tea and white tea. White tea has the least caffeine of the lot because it is less processed.

@Kandae11 I used to think the caffeine in coffee is more than in the tea.

I always hear about tea with milk and I've never had the courage to try it !! Do you boil tea with water then add milk or there's no water just tea in the milk ? Also, I drink different kinds of herbal teas. I don't know which one would go with milk and which one wouldn't.

What you said could make the milk tea. I am not whether mine is an easy way to make the milk tea at home. I will fry the tea with sugar and then add the water and boil it. After that, add the milk and mix together. Boil it for a while will be done. In the restaurant there can be some skills and you can see it from the online videos. Of course I am not good at it

@youless I am Italian, Italians do not like tea, it's something you offer to someone sick. I do not even add sugar to my coffee.
