Has Anyone Ever Rejected You For Trying To Help Them. How Did It Make You Feel?

I know for a fact that Myloters are caring and loving people 99.9% of the time. So, I feel comfortable asking this question. You know someone who is going through some bad times. How do you know? Because they told you. You thought about it and felt like you should offer them some help. To your surprise they rejected you. The more you offered, the more rejection you received. Were you hurt by this?

Yes, I offered help to someone who I thought was a friend. Turns out she wasn't a friend after all.

Yes. I tried to help a family member and I was told, “Don’t you EVER do that again.” I thought she was kidding until recent events proved otherwise.
