Grilled Cheese with pesto and tomato for lunch

I saw a commercial or something for this combo, and thought it looked good. I have one and a half small jars of pesto so I am always trying to use it. I have to say that is one good combo, and I may eat it again tomorrow. What do you like to use pesto for? Do you ever buy or make it?
