Hello! Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up late at around 8am today but the weather is really nice. I had a simple sandwich and coffee for breakfast and had a nice morning walk. Along the way, I see a lot of people in the restaurants enjoying and smiling. I guess, they are not anymore afraid of the spreading virus now. I am still afraid of this and have to lessen going to restaurants with so many people. I am fully vaccinated with booster already but still need to be very careful.
How about you my dear mylotters? Are you comfortable to eat at a restaurant with a lot of people now?
I hope you can share it with me here
Have a great day and see you around

Good day.
No, I'm not comfortable eating at restaurants. Neither am I comfortable with a lot of people. I'm still practicing health protocols including social distancing. Of course, it is easier said than done.

Hi there.
Yes it is better to be safe than sorry. It is really hard to follow this social distancing because there are people who will really come near you as if they are teasing you

No, I think I am done with the crowd thing. Things so expensive here now our city doing side hustles. They putting out street restaurants and I do not mind what ever helps people but this one last night had a line so long. I am like screw that. I like dude there is another one right there, go to that one, but apparently this one must have been so good . Its not that good to be getting covid over. People crazy. The way they have to prove points in stupid ways. I do it too just not like that.

@m_audrey6788 Yeah, at this point people doing silly things out of spite but funny thing its more about inflation and gas now. Covid no one really even cares about but people like we returning to normal, um , no , not with inflation and gas prices being so high. People always fight the wrong wars.

@crossbones27 Oh yes. Prices of gas and food here have increased and it is somehow gives people a hard time coping with that.

Good morning.
We were both up early this morning also, its nice to start the day early.
I do not go into restaurants to eat.
We have dined on a patio once this year, and that will be our way of dining out for the foreseeable future.
They keep the tables at a safe distance and it allows me to relax easier.

I still avoid crowded places and haven't been out to eat in a restaurant since Covid and the lockdown. I am also vaccinated and boosted but hear so many cases of people getting Covid even though they've been vaccinated. I definitely don't want to catch it if I can avoid it.
Even here people are going out to eat and I see very few wearing masks.

Same here too. Sometimes, I encounter people trying to tease me because I am wearing mask. They will try to go near me when they know that I want to keep a distance with them

@m_audrey6788 I hate when people think wearng a mask is a joke. Covid isn't over just because people have decided it needs to be and act like it is

@m_audrey6788 Exactly, and not let the government have any indication that they can flip a switch and tell me what to do. Covid was a test to see how far they could go to gain control over the population. What's next?

@yoalldudes The cases are still high here but hospitals can manage to accommodate them all so far. That`s why people here are starting to enjoy life. They believe that there are a lot of sickness in the world that are more worst than getting covid.

I still avoid crowds and hesitate to eat at a restaurant with a lot of people. Cases in Hong Kong have dropped in May but increase again these two weeks. BTW, is it mandatory to wear a mask in public in your country?

It is not anymore mandatory to wear mask in public and open spaces here but it is mandatory to wear mask inside a public transportations I guess, the virus will just be an ordinary sickness here because in our place most people got vaccinated with boosters too

@Beestring I think. That`s good because you will be safe outside. Here, people tease you when you wear a mask they will come near you more when they know all along that you want to distance yourself from them

We do occasionally go out to restaurants, usually not in a busy time, so they are not crowded. Everything is so expensive and quite far away so we do not afford it often.

@m_audrey6788 I hate restaurants and not because of covid. Don’t like eating surrounded by loud strangers, don’t know how clean kitchen is, if chef has sneezed when cooking my food etc. and they are over-priced, and my own food tastes better.

Transparently, we have lots of crowded restaurants here in the Philippines, however, honestly speaking, I don't like crowded restaurant due to I don't to much noise. You know as a former librarian who maintains silence. Lol.
