My first package of Birch Benders Brownie Mix, baked and cooling. I like chewy brownies, but incision into it too felt not chewy. Oh well, I'll finish it though. Walmart shopping, yielded this package of Birch Benders Brownie Mix, Keto friendly, sugar 1 g and so easy to fix & bake. There's a lot of walnuts too. Made with almond flour organic coconut flour, alkalized cocoa powder, casava starch, cocoa powder, non gmo soluble vegetable fiber,salt, sodium bicarbonate, Stevia extract & Monk fruit extract. Eating the corner of it, it's chewy and not as sweet as traditional brownies like Betty Crocker, but pretty good. Dessert is ready.
