Thunderstorm Warning Is Good News

Snapped this photo from the deck just now. Wind is blowing and hopefully will bring some rain soon.
With the heat wave this past week, good news to see possible rain coming. The clouds are making the temperatures only at 90 degrees, instead of closer to 100 degrees.
Hope your Friday is going well. Any weekend plans? Staying home and enjoying the AC here.

It's going fine, yes, off to the mountains on Saturday. We should be getting those thunderstorms late afternoon early evening time frame. It is starting to get breezy out there.

We aren't planning anything this weekend. We're under a heat advisory.

I'm inside with the a/c and getting ready for the graduation party tomorrow. Looks like we'll be having a drop in the temperatures and tomorrow should be ideal for our barbecue.
Hope you get some of that rain you need but no severe storms.

You will surely get a storm based on the looks of your skies.
Its hot today, but the air is drier and it is windy.
I hope that the winds die down overnight and we just keep the dry heat.
I hope that you and the kitties are safe and stay in cuddled up together when it storms.

Our winds are very strong, blowing like crazy. Yet, there's a cool-down here, without any rain. It's about 74degreesF, I love it!

@CarolDM Natural weather may be pacified temporarily like this hot one. Here during dry season, some sugar barons made an artificial rains to water their vast land of sugarcane plantations.

When I went over to the church to clean it for Sunday services it was 98. Nasty. Got home before a little thunder and a few spits of rain came down. Was hoping for a little bit more.
Our plans are the same as yours, stay in as much as possible
