Do you like Roasted Pork?

Hello! 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up early today 6:30am. Had our spam sandwich and hot choco cappuccino for breakfast. The weather is so nice that I went out for a morning walk but did not do my dancing exercise. I feel like I need a break 
Anyways, about yesterday, we went to a summer fest in our place and it was so fun. My husband got to meet his old childhoon friends and classmates. It is more like a reunion for them The booth there are almost food not too much things to buy. I got surprise when I saw them selling a roasted pork the leg part. I like to try it but I was so full from the sausages and coke 
Oh yes. I drunk some cola without thinking about my diet. 
So, I asked my husband to buy a small amount of roasted pork and I will eat it the next day and that day is today later at dinner time. I will bake it again 
How about you my dear mylotters? Do you like Roasted Pork? What are you having for today? How are you all yesterday?

Good to know that you had fun yesterday. Love roasted pork. I'm on veggie diet today. Will have fried tofu with veggie oyster sauce for dinner.

@Beestring Broccoli? 
How do you make your broccoli? (I don't get to eat broccoli very often. My daughter says it smells bad when it's cooking so doesn't like me cooking it.)
I like to put some clear chicken broth in a pan and slowly simmer it until the broccoli is "al dente", if you know the term? It's delicious!

@DaddyEvil I'm only on veggie diet twice a week. I love tofu. Besides, I'll also have some broccoli.

@DaddyEvil I simply fry it. Sometimes I have broccoli with scallops. A very popular Chinese dish.

I love pork. It is my favorite meat but I don´t eat it too often because the more fat it has, the more I like it.

Yes. I like roasted pork, but we only have during some occasion such as birthdays, Christmas, etc.

Oh ok. I think it depends here. They are selling it here from Monday to Friday at the side of the supermarket

@m_audrey6788 Yes. We have that also in the supermarket or even across the streets but not Monday to Friday. It's everyday.

I do like roast pork. And sometimes you just NEED a cola or soft drink.I did a lot of rearranging and cleaning yesterday. I did not feel very good then this morning.

Roasted pork or lechon? I like it because the meat is not tough and juicy and I also like the crispy pork skin

I think it is the same it just that they only roasted the leg part of the pork not the whole pork. What I noticed is that the skin was cooked differently but still crispy

Sounds like you had a fun day at the summer fest. Usually they have good food at those fests and I hope you enjoy your pork that you brought home for today.

Hi there. Thank you. I think here we are having problem with the price increase of the fuel. I`m not sure if we have shortage in fuel because I don`t have a car. I hope it gets better there.
It depends on how you cook the pork. I think they roasted it so good that I can enjoy it
