Tried some interesting foodstuffs

So, while I was gone, I tried Wendy's strawberry Frosty. It was really good. I think I like that better than the other flavors. As I mentioned I also stopped at Mabry Mill to enjoy the ambience. It is a working mill I believe. And they grind their own flour. I had cormeal cakes instead of regular pancakes. They had different flavors, cornmeal,sweet potato, regular and buckwheat. Yummy, I will add a pic of the mill later if I can find one. Found one, but of course the colors hadn't changed that will be in the fall.

I also visited a working mill last Sunday, it is very old but still functioning.

@LadyDuck We came up from the south so we didn't see the actual mill part until we were on our way out of there.

Yes, I am certain the cornmeal flour had a lot more fiber in it than the traditonal.

Maybe in the city?? if not there, if you know where some American Military bases are they might have one nearby
