Just Passing Some Time, And Loving It

I have a hobby. I like to play my guitar, program drums, and record music. Not all of it can be called "music," but I still enjoy the me time and the process of just having fun and being creative.
I had some time today and decided to spend it doing just that. My thing.
I did not come up with any lyrics and just decided to do something I do not often do, and that's just do an instrumental.
It's all guitar. Other than the drums which I programmed into my EZ Drummer software. My Spark amp has become a "pride and joy" because I have access to any guitar sound I want and it works for me.
$300 well spent and one of the cheapest of any "effects" equipment I have ever owned.
In any event, I recorded this today, 7/10/22. I call it Sin Letra, which is just Spanish for "no lyrics." lol.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy sharing it. Even @TheHorse might appreciate this one. But who knows. My style and his differ quite a bit.

Sounds good. Nothing wrong with just doing an instrumental. If you listen to your recording perhaps some lyrics will come to you. That’s the feeling I got as I was listening, that the music will inspire lyrics.

@porwest what’s harder? Coming up with lyrics to a melody or coming up with a melody to lyrics?

@lovebuglena I would always generally say lyrics. At least for me. Melodies for me come first.

@kaylachan lol. Yeah, hurt ears is not pleasant by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, bagpipes have to be one of the most annoying instruments I can think of.

I'll definitely listen when I get a chance. Is that your baked potato? It looks delish, but I'd put about ten times more sour cream. I like a little potato with my sour cream.

@aninditasen No. I use a computer with a DAW (digital audio workstation), combination of microphones, digital audio interface and so on and so forth.

Maybe you were hungry for a baked potato is why you chose it. You are very welcome and thank you for the picture. I was wondering if the houses had street addresses on them and a sign telling where the street is? I could not zoom in or move it. So, I could not tell. The food in the picture looks good. I like your music.

I love your style nicely done and enjoyed. I miss my piano I played it just for myself and music in both English and Latvian but left the piano behind in Latvia because it would be too expensive to bring back to the states and no place to put it, Someday I might get a keyboard since I have some playing music left,
