A Little Greek Salad For Today

Today we will have a Green salad at lunch time with our filets of sole and some rice. We love that stuff and make it once in a while. The weather seems promising, I hope it will stay that way. Enjoy your day and evening.

I love a Greek salad. Thanks for reminding me. I am going to make Greek pasta salad this week. I have a lot of romaine too, Greek salad will be eaten this week as well.

Looks yummy! Soon I'll be having deli corn beef in sourdough, mayo and mustard with pieces of head lettuce & chips. Orange juice and my ube bun for dessert.

@marlina Ube is purple tubers, different from purple sweet potato, in English known as purple yam. It's a Chinese style steamed bun made with the purple tubers. I'm glad you asked, just found out I was overcharged for it.

I hope you enjoyed your lunch. (I don't usually eat lunch because I sleep during my daytime and am awake at my night time.) It's 9:30 pm where I live and it's raining. We should have some cooler days before it gets up to 40C again.

A Greek salad is always refreshing. I sometimes have it when we go out. We don't make a lot of salads at home although we need to eat more salad.

Reminds me of Greek yoghurt, I wonder how that will taste like. I saw some known ingredients like olives, tomatoes, spinach, etc
