What's for din? 7.17.2022 / myLot

On the way home from picking the kids up I asked the other half what he wanted for dinner. He didn't really have an opinion, so I decided we would go get the stuff to make ribs after we dropped the trailer and kids off at home. She child ended up going to WalMart with me. I made ribs, four cheese scalloped potatoes, baked beans with bacon and maple sugar and cornbread. It was pretty good. The ribs could of simmered a little bit longer before I put then in the oven, but they weren't too bad. So that's what we had for dinner tonight here. What did you have at your place? We followed it up with Ben and Jerry's Phish Food and Ben and Jerry's Amerian DreamCone. Happy national ice cream day!

That dinner sounds perfect! I love everyone of what you cooked although I cannot eat beans. Dry beans is the only food that my stomach doesn´t like.

@thislittlepennyearns We call them that way to beans that are not green beans but those that you have to soak before boiling. What´s the name there?

@marguicha just beans lol. We call green beans green beans and everything else is beans. Or we call it by its name black bean, refried beans, pinto or red kidney

I got a hugh head of lettuce from the Farmers Market so I had that and made soft shell tacos for supper. A friend gave us some tomatoes. We had the cheese and hamburger so tacos were made.
