Making an Offer on a Different Home

After having our offer denied and the owner refusing to come down in price, we kept looking for another home.
Within a week a house with 10 acres came on the market. It was a house we had previously been interested a few years ago. It needed renovation and even with that we were still interested. The next day it was off the market.
Yesterday we looked at the house and fell in love. The inside was completely renovated. Upgrades were made to the electric, sewer, and heating system.
Knowing we need to move fast in this market we placed an offer. We are signing the paperwork to get started. Once done we will have the house inspected and if all goes well we will move forward.
Wish us luck as I’m sure we will need it!

I hope you get it, I will hopefully be able to find something in the common months. I am going to try to put my house on the market on or about August 15 depending on what the realtor has to say.

Good luck I hope they accepted your offer. My husband and I are in the process of looking for our own house as we continue to save for a house at the same time.
