It has been raining lately here and there has been so much cold experienced. The weather forecast that it will still rain for more days to come.
As for this, people so reach out to hot beverages to help cushion themselves from the cold.
Many take tea which is a favorite and easy beverage to prepare . What's your number one hot beverage during the cold season?

@Laurakemunto It's not breakfast for me. I make different kinds of breakfast everyday. These are a list of things I would like to take when it's very cold.

Right now I am in summer so it is hot here, but even so I like to drink tea. I have to be careful not to drink too much caffeine so after my morning black tea, I try to drink rooibos or an herbal blend.

@Laurakemunto You are from Kenya? Maybe you call it something else. Red tea? I think it's an African plant.

@Sheilamarie78 Could be I spelled it wrong, too. It's much like tea, but it's a different plant and has no caffeine.

@Laurakemunto When we were in Thailand in 1999, you could buy Milo even in the backblocks of the country.

we seem to have the same schedule for the rainy season. i love tea but can't take it as often as i'd like because it's diuretic and it flushes out most of the important vitamins and mineral from my body. sometimes i make myself a hot cup of chocolate and it's really soothing, especially in mid morning, right after breakfast.
