Haha my husband bird Mango one of the newest sounds he learned it make is quacking! The other day we are sitting in bed watching tv. Mango is covered up because it was birdy bedtime. But he was in his cage just quacking away like a darn duck. Me talking to my husband “when did he learn to quack better here where did he hear it from? He has never been around a duck!” My husband at first is like I don’t know. Then we both realized it’s the show we watch at bed time. We where watching Friends and Mango had heard the showing playing but it was in one of the season where there is no duck. The show has a duck and rooster in the show for a while as pets for a while. The darn bird picked up the duck sound for the tv. Lol.. so now every time the show is playing and he is wake he just quacks away. Even funnier so when the show isn’t playing and you quack at him he’ll quack back.

I saw one post from Instagram about parrots. The human owner talks a lot and suddenly the parrot said 'be quiet'

@Adie04 lots of animals can mimic. Cats don’t actually meow that’s they pretending to crying mimicking the sound of newborn babies. It’s away to get a human to pay attention to the or something.

@ShyBear88 It's nice to hear Mango can mimic sounds too. Reminds me of Mr Bean's cartoon version when his bird mimic sound.

Maogo seems to be very smart. Will it fly away? It is so amazing that Maogo will not fly away even if he is out of the cage.

His wings are clipped he can not fly he can only flutter for a few seconds before he has to land on the ground. When a person clips a bird wings it makes it hard for them to causally fly because there flight wings are trimmed making it hard for them to actually go up it takes much more energy then they can give to actually get up in the air and stay there. Mango is a type of bird that can talk or mimic sounds. He does sounds and they very intelligent birds. One the list of the the smartest birds a live.

Not always is to find. It can be very annoying but he doesn’t talk he makes sounds similar to words.
