My neighbor is so unlucky, she married a man with HIV

My neighbor didn't know the man she married has an HIV. They were married 3 weeks ago and only just recently learned her husband has an HIV. He met the man through her friend. Her friend didn't also know.
Many neighbors learned for that day our neighbor was running around the street shouting in madness. . She wanted to kill her husband. She calmed down when the police intervened. Her husband lied to her this eternal health problem on HIV.
She was advised to see a doctor for a blood test. This time they were separated to avoid constant war. The newly wed wife wanted to commit a suicide. She's so desperate. The husband should have used protection if he truly loves his wife. He's a shameless human spreading his endless virus
It will be better for both parties to submit health certificate before something else happens. Would you agree for both lovers to submit a health certificate?

When she has calmed down, maybe she can go to the PAO (Public Attorney's Office) and ask if their marriage can be annulled.

@sjvg1976, it's horrible, that sickness is transmissible. The wife surely be infected. It's so sad, the man didn't disclose he has HIV. He ruins the life of his wife. I agree to the idea to have full medical check up before getting married.

@DevMrSamEleazar, it's AIDS, it's no curable but life could prolong with some medications for it. You have to be careful to who you would want to be in a relationship.

I guess the only remedy I see there is they could annul their marriage since now disclosing this disease is annullable in so many angles. As to her condition, I think if they already had many intimate contacts with him then there is a high probability that she has the virus as well. I think it is indeed best for them to separate already since they cannot live as a couple anymore. The trust is broken already and is irreparable for now. HIV is a serious and life time disease that once you have it, it will stay with you forever.

@rsa101, so true their marriage is good as nothing , irreparable, trust gone and hatred prevails. The husband is to blame. He's an idiot for not disclosing his lifetime sickness. The wife sad to say infected with HIV as per result of the blood test.

So it is important nowadays to really know the person first before making the decision to get married. That's a shame.

Usually couples would undergo full medical check up before marriage. What happened that they did not even think of it?

@58lordstreet, it's not usual if one doesn't engage sexually with a person with HIV so better have a full medical check up before getting married.

@cacay1 Oh my, that's a very devastating news for her. How old is the new wife? How did she know her husband is affected with it. It's alarming Cacay, we live in the same area so no one can tell the disease could be rampant.

Just like Anna said, same thing here people get tested before getting married. Pre-marital health screening in Malaysia is often required when couples submit their wedding registration. I hope that your friend get a full medical check up after this.

@sica98, that's a good law I hope Congress would submit a law like that to protect the citizens of the Republic. My friend is scheduled for a blood test tomorrow morning at 8 and she will be accompanied by her parents and some close relatives to protect her from harming herself.

@sica98 , I hope for a miracle be upon my neighbor for we all know how this virus transmits to others. The wife learns only after 3 weeks after their marriage plus those moments they cannot resist their urges. The husband is to blame for his cruelty.

The man should be hanged, but of course, that won't happen, If the wife has a good health checkup, she should get an immediate divorce and start all over again and next time, have the guy get a health check-up but I guess she won't trust anyone for a while,

@58lordstreet, the guy was so careless and selfish. He should have told his wife so they can both solve his problem. They're now at a total loss.
