My sister behavior

So i have this annoying little sister living in the same bedroom, she's 17 and was attending nursing school. I was annoyed everytime that she would video time or call her boyfriend and she overreact on something. Just now she called her boyfriend just to tell him, she was sick, she pretend like she was sick! But she was doing tiktok when he hang up i was annoyed and laughing in my brain right now. Like why you need to do things like that to make a scene, to make him feel like you were badly need him , so confused by the generation right now. Does anyone have this friends/family behavior??? Im confused by her right now, everytime she does this, i want to yell at her like "You faking it!!!"

I sure have known many people in my lifetime that do that! It's stupid! It's not just that generation, I have known people of different ages that act like that. I'm confused. She is 17 and goes to Nursery school?

Yes, i lived in Indonesia where my sister was signed up to a private school, it was realy like normal school but realy focused on nursery even they uniform was a nurse she will be gratuated soon tho

She is what people will call " A drama queen" . perhaps she is just having fun. It would be nice if you could have separate bedrooms.

Yes, there are people like that in a lot of families. I don't understand it either. If you want to have some fun, you could always use your phone or laptop to record her on the phone telling her boyfriend how sick she is and then doing something that proves she's not sick right afterwards. You could threaten to show him the video if she annoys you by doing it any time after that.

I've never done that, but I know some people who sometimes pretend or exaggerate something to get attention. For me it is incomprehensible, especially when they are grown-up people.

Definitely a major drama queen sis you got there.Drama queens need to find more drama to keep them going.They have this tendency to create drama in their life and wanting more attention.

If your sister is doing this frequently, I wonder if her boyfriend believes in it. Well, may be they are just having fun. I don't know any friends or family members behaving like this.
