Went to my daughter's house for dinner Sunday. By the time I left, my son in law was coughing. He's never sick, the super healthy type. I went home, my son wasn't well. Long story, but we had to go to the ER for some meds, and Monday wasn't the best day. I was just exhausted, didn't feel very well, either. Monday afternoon, son thought he felt better, but Monday night, didn't feel well all over again. I was still dragging. Tuesday, he had appointments and had to pick up meds and such. I drove him so we could both go to Costco afterwards, as I needed some things and so did he. After Costco, we went home, he said he was starting to feel bad. I had dinner in the crock-pot, so we ate, and he went to his apartment (it's only about 8 blocks away). Then he was sick all over again, got a fever, aches, and so forth. We've both taken 2 Covid tests, it's not that. Today I just dragged and so did he. I have a terrible cough, headache, eyes won't stop watering, and I'm still tired. He has the same symptoms, no cough. He is at his place, and I am home at mine. My daughter and her husband are sick still and have high fevers. No Covid there, either. I am not good at being sick. I want to be up and doing something. Guess I am going to have to wait. It's been about 5 years since I have had a cold, and even longer since I've had the flu of any kind. Bah, humbug. Sicky, sicky, go away.
