Very early this morning at about 3 A.M. They were barking and yapping for no reason at all. So I got up, found my squirt gun and BAM They were quiet the rest of the night until hubby got moving this morning
Not sure what I will do today. We did get some rain over night. So I wont be clearing the garden today. I might get my seeds bagged up today that I didnt get done yesterday.
I also need to start thinking about my stuffed toy sewing projects. I already have the material for those.
Hope you have a good day.

One squirt and they are done for the night unless they have a very good reason.

It makes me wonder what they thought you should know and then you shot them... I hope the deer tore your game camera down and the dogs were telling you about it.
Have fun today.

Not even a cat fight. I listened first. Bunny knows if she can get hubby up she gets to go to bed with me. So she tries to get Jill going too early at times.

@sallypup They are very good jumpers. I had an Australian shepherd that I had to do underground fencing for until she learned the boundaries' and fully respected them.

@wolfgirl569 I wish you had been at my house earlier today. Rufus the Heeler and his athletic abilities. We have chain link fencing in the back. Most of it is 4 feet high. He had been getting out cause he wants to get some squirrel meat. Hubby is putting fence above the fence. Today- just the blink of an eye- Rufus hopped up onto the four foot chain link fence and bunny hopped on the other side and zip to the neighbors across the street. So we are continuing on putting the fence over the chain link.

Am I the only one who can peacefully say, "(Pet's name), please don't do that," and get my pet to stop?

Bunny gets Jill going deliberately hoping she will get to come to bed with me after waking hubby up.

@wolfgirl569 The dog of my niece seemed to love, but her golden retriever was a really weird dog.

I have heard of people doing it to goats too. Most animals hate it.

Maybe they saw something that spooked them or maybe they just felt like making noise. Good luck with your stuffed toy sewing projects. What stuffed toys will you be making?

They were in the house. Bunny started it hoping to get hubby up so she could get in bed with me early.
First will be some aliens.

When I saw the title I thought maybe you really shot the dogs but thinking about how you like animals I believe you would not shoot them. I use a squirt bottle when my cat wants to bite.
There are times I did not catch her and she may bite me.

I understand and know you would not harm your animals unless it was absolutely necessary.

I usually “shush” my dogs when they are noisy at an ungodly hour

I hope you had a good day. These day I keep to my work room, and when I do go out to the front room I have furry faces looking up at me and I have a collision course to walk through but I don't mind
