I believe in telepathy and I have experienced it. Years ago, when I was still working. One day, didn't know why when I got up in the morning, I just didn't feel like going to work. I took the day off. My mood was low and I tried to cheer myself up by listening to music which usually works for me. But I was still feeling unsettled. In the afternoon, I got a call from my friend telling me that my close friend in Canada passed away.
This also happened when my elder sister in Canada passed away. I felt uneasy all day long without any reasons until I knew my sister passed.
Sometimes, when I think of someone, I get a call from him/her.
Do you believe in telepathy? Have you ever experienced it?

Though not scientifically proven, I believe it exists. In any case, this kind of experience cannot be explained by science.

@Beestring There are many things that cannot be explained by science in some moments.

Yes, although there is no scientific proof. I believe in it.

@Beestring May be there is no scientific proof, but I have experienced so many episodes that I am sure it is real.

My friend and I joke about this. In the past, there have been many times that after not seeing each other for so long, one of us would text/call the other. And the other would say "Telepathy!" because she/I intended to text/call at that moment as well.

@Beestring Interesting, right? As they say, great minds think alike - maybe that is why .

That’s not telepathy that’s just being empathetic meaning you feel the change in the waves around you. Telepathy is being able to read or hear someone’s thoughts.
I my self am empathetic an can easily sense mood changes with those I’m very close to even those I’m not close to I can feel there emotionally change. Yes I some times am telepathic but most people are when you live in and around someone for long period of time you just kind of know what they are going to say, do or want.

I see your points. Indeed, there's a difference between empathy and telepathy. I believe my experiences were telepathy. I had other telepathic experiences which I had not mentioned in this post.

@Beestring that’s not being telephonic what you explain is not telepathy at all. To read someone mind you have to in or around them you won’t able to hear thoughts over the phone. What your going through is empathic feeling one’s emotions

Not the kind of mind-reading magicians perform but I believe we all have experienced some form of thought transfer without having to go through the senses. Couples with long-term relationships can often anticipate what the other is thinking. Then there are the "gut" feelings that warn of danger. It can even cross into human and animal empathy.

It happens when your sixth sense is strong. I too have a strange feeling when something goes wrong around me. I sometimes dream of the incident.

Dreaming of an incident is really something. Your sixth sense must be very strong.

I guess so. Once I hadn't communicated with my sister in law for awhile and was just sitting down to write her a letter, when she called me on the phone.

I do. There are strange things in this world that couldn't be explained. I think mental telepathy works when you have a strong connection to the person sending the message. Also, I have read that one can practice telepathy and hone this mental power. I wish I had one, though because I don't
