It is only bad if it affects our health negatively. I used to have smaller waistline then it grow from 27- 29 then now 31 LOL.

@sickly09 I'm sorry your friends laugh at you. That is kinda bullying. I think it would be a good idea to tell them you don't enjoy it when they do that. Especially if it's making you feel bad about yourself!
No it isn't wrong. Health is more important. As long as you are healthy. If you are not happy about it, there is always something you can do. Diet and exercise will always do the trick. I feel the same about myself. I want to lose some weight to be healthier and feel more comfortable in my skin. So I understand.

@sickly09 I am so sorry. This makes me sad. I know we literally just spoke for the first time but I am so sorry and sad to know this. Especially that they are your "friends."
I am not really a praying person but you can bet I am giving you my full support!
Yes diet and exercise helps. I wouldn't be the best person to talk about diet because I know what healthy food is but I struggle with healthy fats etc. But I do know that working off the calories you ate during the day helps. So taking note of your calorie intake and then burning it off.
And just trying your best to be active each day. You don't need to go crazy. There is heaps of work outs videos online even simple yet effective ones like walking in place. Walking in your own house.

You know Chloe thing on youtube? I'm applying WO from her, but it's very heavy, because I'm a beginner.
I'm also trying to cut calories every day, but one thing is hard, it's really hard to give up sugary drinks.
Every day I walk around house.
Maybe it's sad because they're my friends, but talk about me behind my back. Thank you for the support, Danielle.

Like what our elders always say too much of everything is bad. I believe that a pesons weight can also be because of what he or she eats and how often. I am fat because I have hormonal imbalance and ss an effect I gain weight rapidly even though I only eat a little. Another factor we should consider is the genes in your family .

Oh I think that is what medical professionals call as stressed eating . There are people like that too. They tend to eat more because there are a lot on their mind. If that is your case I think its best you consult a medical expert on your case .

It's not wrong but it may be the cause a number of diseases. Even I am fat and keep a check on my diet and do yoga everyday day to reduce fat.

Striving to be healthy is the most important thing. Anyone who treats you bad because of outward appearance have issues of their own they need to deal with, in my opinion.
