I dream of a key and then find a key....

Not that long ago, my dad and I came back from the store. But something weird happened. It's not a big deal at all really I just thought it was a tad weird. Last night, among many annoying and stressful dreams, I had a quick dream that I was looking through these small drawers and came across a random silver key. So tonight when my dad and I went to the store, I opened the car door, got out and I felt something underneath my foot and it was a key. I looked at it and remembered the dream I had. I told my dad about the dream and just said how weird that was. It's not often to find a random key on the ground outside. But also with all the parking spaces my dad could have pulled into it, it's where this key was. My dad told me later on that he originally was going to park somewhere else but he wanted to park in this spot instead. It didn't look like the key I dreamed about. And I just left the key there. It's not like I could have done anything with it. I just found it weird. I've dreamed many weird things over the years. Some coming true or at least similar. The main dreams I have are just bizarre, stressful or related to things that have caused me PTSD. What sort of dreams do you have?

I would have thought that an odd coincidence, too. It's very rare that I remember my dreams. Usually, either they have to be so scary that I wake up screaming to remember a dream or someone/something has to wake me up while I'm dreaming for me to remember one. *shrug* I hope you have a wonderful day.

This is an odd coincidence, you dreamed about a key and you found a key. I have all sort of dreams, some are funny, some nightmares and some are premonitory dreams.

@VivaLaDani13 - I will surely check for your new post. I had many premonitory dreams and I was every time surprised when what I saw in my dream became a reality. Sometimes I am scared to dream.

@LadyDuck Thank you kindly. I've done a new one but it's not about the key / dressing table. I will let you know when I post it. Maybe tomorrow. Oh Anna. I'm sorry you feel that way. I am very intrigued with what dreams you've had that have come into reality. If you ever feel like sharing, I'd love to know. Only if you wanted to share them of course.

@LadyDuck It sure is. It got more weird some days after. I will do a post about it later on but yeah, just got weird. I am like you. I suffer with nightmares and stressful dreams the most. But I have had my fair share of premonitory dreams like yourself. We seem to be the same in this regard.

Mine are mostly very pleasant and I find myself trying to stay asleep so they won't finish. Only occasionally do I have a bad dream.

@JudyEv I am happy to know you mostly have good dreams. I believe that's nice as our sleep should be restful and not stressful. Hope you're well Judy.

I'm just curious to know. Why are you stressful? Have you been relieved now? Did you manage your stress well now?

@Nakitakona I do suffer with stress often but it's too much to explain here. But regarding my comment about stress in this post, I was talking about how my dreams can be stressful. My dreams are not always lovely and peaceful. They can be stressful and filled with anxiety. That's what I was referring to.

@Nakitakona Yes. I'm getting the help I need. I don't do anything to not manage my stress nor am I doing it in a way that isn't done properly.

@VivaLaDani13 Well, you should manage your stress properly. Have you gone to a counselor or to a psychoanalyst?

Wow, what a coincidental dream! It’s been a really long time since I had a dream like that. In fact, it’s been so long I can’t even remember what the dream was about.

Hm, very unusual, yet intriguing, dreaming of a key and then boom, coming across a key. I know what, dream of money, and I hope you come across money! My dreams? Lately, it's of going somewhere important. Since I finished my doctor & dental appointments for the year, no such dreams. Once I had an irritating dream. I was searching and just about to find it, but awoken. What an angst feeling I awoken with. I went to sleep one night with my Mom's good turtle earrings to awaken with just one side of earrings. My mom passed to 2017. Loosing earrings was last year. I still can't find it. I've no idea where my Medicare card went to! It's odd, for I know I had it, but it's not where I thought it would be! Been looking for it, finally got a replacement card. Medicare card missing even before earring.

@oahuwriter haha oh I dream of money a lot! I dream often that I find money or win money and then wake up very disappointed. I'm sorry about your mum's passing and for losing one of the earrings. I truly hope it's found as it's pretty sentimental. Also hope the Medicare card is found too! How odd!

It's like when your on a mission to find something out of the blue it just shows up I remember when I was crafting & wanted something I couldn't find ANYWHERE what I was looking for showed up out of the blue in a thrift store, which was ironic.
