Do you fear changes? / myLot

I have this fear of changes. Some changes are good and others are awful. My family will make some changes and I am afraid. They will divorce. Maybe it will be better or worse. I hope I can handle it. I bought some books recently. I hope they will help me. Today I will receive them.

I know that change can be scary and not always to go through. Do your best. Take care of yourself.

At first, I would be feeling overwhelmed for the new changes. I never dwell to the impact of changes but to move forward.

I do not like change, I understand. It makes you uncertain of what is to come and anxious.

That's so sad. There might be strong reason why divorce? To who shall you be with mom or dad?

My parents have anger issues. They are both unhappy. I will choose my mom. I will live with her.

Changes that are beyond our control and not positive can make us feel sad and insecure. Hope you find the power to stay strong when such changes happen
