Do You Like Cheese? What types of Cheese Do You Like?

Went to the supermarket for groceries this morning. There was a promotion on cheese. I bought two packets of Mozzarella cheese. I like making vegetable cheese salad, grilled cheese sandwiches. Sometimes I pair red wine with cheese. Other than Mozzarella cheese, I also like Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Do you like cheese? What types of cheese do you like?

I love almost all kinds of cheeses. Now I bought a delicious cheese from Holland that was very similar to my favorite Swiss cheese (from Gruyere). I love different cheeses and it depends on how I eat them.

@Beestring Oh yes, those are cheese stables at our house. Also Havarti, Monterey Jack, Colby, Provolone . . . oh and goat cheese (chevre) with honey!

Yes, I like cheese. I took some yellow cheese down from the freezer and have been making half a sandwich with cheese or toasting it and today I want to add a red pepper or tomato to it. I like yellow in color cheese.
Cheddar is good.

This is another one of those discussions where I must declare, is this even a question? lol. Yes. I LOVE cheese, and all kinds. Colby, colby-jack, cheddar, muenster, mozzarella, provolone, wundermeier, cheese curds, parmesan, asiago, gouda—there are very few cheeses, in fact, that I do not like.

I will eat most kinds of cheese if they are in some food I like. If I'm eating cheese by itself, I want a slice of Colby or Colby Jack. Yum!
I mostly use shredded Cheddar when I'm making an omelet or homemade pasta bakes. And I like American cheese in my sandwiches.

You'll aways find mozzarella in my house as we eat it more than any other cheese but I do like swiss and cheddar too.
I recently had a big bar of Colby cheddar cheese and had it almost every day with grapes for my breakfast.

I like cheese. Cheddar and Parmesan. I don't know other brand or types. Maybe because I don't buy those.
