Rain and More Rain

@RubyHawk They often miss also here, but yesterday they were right.

I’ve noticed our forecast misses the mark sometimes. They surely did this time but I’m happy with it.

I haven’t seen any fog yet but it’s still heavily cloudy and colder. I might have to get a quilt out tonight.

@RubyHawk The fog dissipated during the day and it was a nice and warm Saturday.

@LadyDuck It’s Sunday and cold. The temp went down to31 last night butgot yp to the forties today.

@RubyHawk I like to watch snow fall but hate it once it touches the ground. Last Winter, the snow was two feet deep and Pretty kept nagging at me to shovel the driveway so I could take her to the store. I told her that since I didn't have to go to work anymore, NOTHING was making me go out to shovel the driveway clear. She whined about it but I just came to my bedroom and closed the door.

@DaddyEvil We usually have a couple of light snows during the winter and occasionally a deep snow but I don’t go out. Cars will be sliding in ditches and running into each other. Everyone will be at the grocery buying all the bread and milk on the shelves. It’s bedlam.

I’d rather have rain than snow. If I had a choice I’d choose rain every time. Do you and Pretty like snow? Some people love it.

@RubyHawk Only flakes. No accumulation. That's coming on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I think our weather man ran off the tracks. How much snow did you get?

We didn’t get the high winds, that’s what I was afraid of. Hope your flood wasn’t too bad.

@LindaOHio I hope the flooding is going down and there's no damage. We've had rain again all day and it's cold. At least isn't Ice.

@RubyHawk Our yard was just a little muddy with some standing water in the driveway. Some of the yards were totally flooded.

True, the weather forecast isn’t always right.

It only rained the night and day but it’s still cloudy and getting colder.

Our forecast was for rain and high winds and I’m thankful we didn’t get the wind and power outages,.

So am I. No power outages that I’ve heard of

We still need more rain but this helped.

@CarolDM It's the same here, at least it's not cold enough for ice, so the roads are clear.

We had a night and day of steady rainfall and it was needed.
