Hi, everyone. Hope that you're all doing well. The last time I was here I was given an initial cancer diagnosis. It's my third bout. At first they thought it was ovarian & that it might have metastasized. It had. It turned out to be stage 4 uterine. I had my treatment last summer & then a year of maintenance. I have at least another year of that. I'm holding steady. I'm not currently able to work (except I try to do some tasks online) & just receive benefits. Which don't cover everything. So that can be a struggle. I'm also a multi abuse survivor. It started with my mother. Somewhat physical, but mostly verbal, emotional & psychological. My late ex was like that as well. I've had it from other people on different levels. I've been doing inner work & healing for four years. I've been learning about & better understanding myself, experiences, reactions & such. I also had my first therapy session two weeks ago. I figured it was good to get a little fine tuning. My style of writing is observational/conversational. I have also written poetry & short adventure, mystery, paranormal & fantasy stories. I've also considered doing articles. I do have a blog. I haven't really gotten that going. I have quite a few posts, but only a couple of subscribers. It's also not always easy to have inspiration or be determined. I remembered My Lot & thought I'd give it a go again. The upside, I can write whatever I want. If there are any sites like this, please let me know. I haven't discovered any others yet.
