I'll Have A Blue Christmas This Year...

The title speaks for itself as on the 6th of this month my mother was admitted to the hospital due to high blood sugar. As she was being treated she suffered another stroke. She was taken off the resporater on the 10th and died last Friday. My sister called me to break the news, as I was on my way home from work, and I felt nauscious on that train ride home. I took Monday and Tuesday off this week so I could deal with the five stages of grief, yet it's Friday, and I'm still not over it.

Very sorry about your Mom. It takes time to get over a lost loved one.

@marlina Yeah, I understand it varies from person to person. And hopefully for me it'll happen soon. My dad on the other hand is depressed, and I gotta deal with that too.

@snowy22315 No kidding, especially when you intended to spend Christmas and ring the new year with'em.
