What are planning to cook for the new year's eve?

One year is too short to be wasted. It will be 2023 two days from now. We are just riding the tide of the next episodes of our lives. I hope there will be a better world in 2023. As the world is getting older, people change.
At home, it's my sister the cook and she is the one deciding what to prepare. But one thing is for sure, our table here will be full of fish recipes, LOL. There were two fish deliveries on this day intended for new year's eve where people in the Philippines celebrate the so-called' Media Noche". My sister told us at home that she will cook fish escabeche, fish Relleno, fish fillet, and fish with sotanghon.
There is no chicken to cook during the new year, truth be told that it's not good. I do not know exactly the reason why against the cultural beliefs, LOL.
What are you planning to cook for new year's eve while waiting for 2023?

My wife usually cooks fried chickens, salad, spaghetti, pancit bihon, grilled boneless bangus, among others. And the left-over we bring them to the beach for our family outing.
