The best gift of 2023 can be zero testing in respect of travellers in flights and trains.

In the last year travellers were harassed to the brim. Those who have taken 2 doses of anti-covid vaccine had to carry proof. Travellers had to go for RCPTR test before boarding flights and trains. That added to costs and also harassment. In 2023 if that is not repeated then that will be the greatest gift for the travellers.

Actually, test is compulsory for travellers ao that covid does not spread too far. Righg now, china has open for travellers including chinaa people to travel out. Do you know that the latest virus has already develop in china and those people are running about now?

thanks peach the thing is in those cases tests should be carried out for international flights only. Domestic flights and trains should be left alone

thanks Pitstop what I dont like is the insistence of state of getting booster doses. Presently none of the vaccines are free they cost a lot and harassing the people at large does not solve the problem.

Certainly some of the restrictions are being lifted which will make travelling easier.

@sathviksouvik I'm sorry to hear that. I've only had the one test but I didn't enjoy it.

Everyone certainly hopes so, and even though all restrictions have been lifted by the government of Indonesia, I will remain vigilant

thanks Danna in countries like USA things are smooth. In India it is more of a means of earning money for the testing agencies
