Murder, Mayhem, Tragedy Oh My

There were some astounding stories I read this day and figured I would share my distress about them. I have long thought that a great many people in this world seem to have gone over the deep end and these incidents convinced me.
The first occurred in Alameda, California where for some weird reason a doctor aged 41 chose to take a drive with his family - his 41-year-old wife and two children ages 4 and 7 and suddenly the devil must have taken the wheel because he plunged the car with everyone in it down a coastal cliff at least hundreds of feet. Then Guardian Angels must have appeared because the family survived and the doctor now has a count of murder attempt. They say the car was built so strong it must have saved them. It was a Tesla Model Y and are you ready for what the cliff was called? Devil’s Slide.
Then we have the case of the 42-year-old Utah man who had the misfortune to have his wife file for divorce just before Christmas. He was not going to take this lying down. A dark cloud must have clouded his mind and he shot seven members of his family. Among them were five children ranging in age from 4 to 17. Since people like this are worthless to the world in my opinion at least after he had done this horrible deed he shot himself.
And finally, something that left me absolutely speechless. In Burlington, near Cincinnati, Ohio a 16-year-old girl was with other teenagers. In the bedroom, a bag of marijuana fell to the floor. One of the teenagers an 18-year-old demanded that the girl pick up the bag. When she refused he stepped right up to her and put a gun to her head and blew her away. Three teenagers were witnesses.
I cannot figure out any longer what possesses people but this is just not normal. This according to me is way beyond insane. Could it be that these people were suddenly possessed by evil?

@RasmaSandra At six, surely the blame has to be laid on the parents.

Indeed ;like mass shootings at least why do they not just kill the people that pissed them off, not saying its not totally wrong and evil itself but people could make sense of it then you go on and kill 20 other fools that some were probably very nice to you. Crazy is crazy for a reason.

@wolfgirl569 makes me so angry and I wish maniacs who lose it would blow themselves away but leave their family and especially the children alone,

We are not paying enough attention to people out there with mental challenges. They are being ignored. These stories are tragic and may have been able to be avoided.

@LindaOHio perhaps if enough people get together and demand something be done we can save people from things like this.

I do not like that family one doctor or not but shows anyone can go over the edge these days. That being said, take your own life do not take your family down with you. I had a fight today with brother and sister swears she more concerned with me, first you never do that maybe once or twice but we learned from it but that I have to stand up for myself or I am the family punching bag.
It never even occurred to me to end their life, That is just so twisted and evil. I was not in the wrong but will say I could have just dealt with it and fight would not have happened but was so disrespectful, see family punching bag. Anyway, a true man does not do those things, he learns and adapts and figures how we prevent that in future. I had a very bad morning miss lady, but we still here smiling and Chiefs won also. Proof in the pudding.

@crossbones27 keep thinking positively that is good. These people who take their entire family with them when they want to end it are egomaniacs. If they cannot have what they want in life then no one can and they do not want to leave behind anyone to go on living their lives.

The news is filled with multiple stories like these every day. They are so disturbing and depressing! I take breaks from news and social media periodically to renew my mind and dwell on happier thoughts.
