Not progressing at all

Hi my people, I hope you are doing fine.
Am doing fine this morning.
It's now three weeks since the new year ( 2023) begun.
Actually things are not going as I had anticipated.
Everything is going astray in my life. I had planned for getting a job this year but as days elapse these hopes are diminishing.
I heard from those being hired that they have paid the corrupted managers for them to be employed.
So what do the broke folks do in this situation?
I don't see any way out at all of this bail for sure.
The alternative means to this could be starting your own business which requires financial resources that one cannot afford.
I don't see the way out for sure I repeat.
