I just read an article about instant noodles. A man ate instant noodles for 4 years. After these 4 years he started to have some symptoms. When he visited the doctor he found out that he has stage 4 stomach cancer. I wasn't aware that instant noodles are so bad. My brother used to eat them. He doesn't care too much about food. Do you eat instant noodles?

Once or twice a month as a side dish, they can come in handy. They are a bit high in sodium, but I don't think having them on occasion will be carcinogenic.

I eat instant noodles but not as often. Sometime once in 3
months.

Those are absolutely stuffed with sodium, and the carbs are pretty high as well. The clincher for me is most of them have MSG, which I cannot have. They are what they are--a very cheap meal, and not good for us. They are tasty, just not for me.

They are just chock full of bad ingredients. Only takes a few minutes to make soup from scratch, depending on the type of soup. I don't buy the ramen cups, etc.

Yes we eat a lot of Maggie noodles, but we add more vegetables than the actual noodles. I also like rice noodles.
