When i use to have interviews I use to hate when they would ask: what are some of my weakness because my weakness were not job related and @ that time I did not know whether I should say I did not have any or tell them.

I would have to agree with you on that one. I hate that question too because I am afraid to say anything that could prevent me from getting the job. I don't mind being asked strong points but the weak points makes me nervous.

The one I always hated was where do you see yourself 5 years from now. When I was a teen-ager pre 20 something how in the world could I tell anyone where I saw myself 5 years from that point. I was just trying to get a job to pay bills. I fantasized being a multimillionaire, but did I see myself there in 5 years? NO!

Oh! I hate that question, too! Don't these people know I don't even know what I'm going to make for supper that evening? LOL!!! I've always been a horrible goal-setter. Just once I would love to say, "Doing your job, you idiot!" LOL!!!

Interview - On an interview.
I hate that question, what are some of my weakness. I feel like saying none of your business, but I don't instead I say a strength and make it sound like a weakness. Like I might say, my weakness is that I am very involved in my work and I find myself thinking about work away from home because I'm always thinking of ways to improve things at work.

Yeh I agree with you there, interviewers ask some of the most unrelated and silly questions at times. What about "why do you want to work for this company" it may be related but we cannot always choose where we want to work. If a vacancy comes up we go for it, regardless of who the company is.

That one always throws me too. The other one is: the situation you've been in before and how you handled it? Sometimes, things work out well for you and you don't get a bad situation senarious.

The question I hate is, where do you think you'll be in five years? Well, what if you see yourself somewhere other than where you are applying at? And if I knew where I'd be in 5 years, I'd have a heck of an easy time planning my future!

job interview - Picture of a job interview
I think its funny when really lame jobs, where its obvious you only want the job because you need the money, make you answer tons on questions that are really pointless for the job your applying for, just so they can sound all high and mighty. "how do you think you can contribute to the TEAM?" by getting on with the god dam job! "where do you see youself in 5 years time" not kissing your bum thats for sure!

The question l hate the most is,"why do you what to leave your job",for crying out loud life is change,l do not see any reason why l should hang on to a job for so long, when there are better paying jobs.
