Hello everyone.
Honestly, I would say that up until recently, the winter (at least in this part of Canada) has not been too to cold or bad in general. However, that definitely changed last night/this morning. The temperature, even now later in to the afternoon is.. -22 Celsius or -7.6 Fahrenheit for my American friends..
I hope that for everyone else, the weather is good, or at least better than here It could definitely be worse, at least it isn't snowing on top of these frigid temps.
Have a wonderful day/afternoon/evening/night my friends

Oh wow! I was going to say, that must be cold for over there.
Thanks Carol, much appreciated! You as well.
My parents, and I actually drove through part of Tennessee on our way to Florida (not the way back home from Florida, though). We drove through eastern TN, there was some interesting landscapes and sights, etc.

It is cooler today than it has been, but that's what fronts will do. Tomorrow won't exactly be warm, but it won't be to bad. Comfortable enough to go out at least. Our heater just kicked on, though.

@dilleo Well, there's 'cold' and then there's Florida cold. And, for us Floridians, it could be the equilivent of you going out in your bathing suit in 30 degree weather after getting out of the shower. So, yeah.

That doesn't sound too bad.
For some reason, the idea of needing a heater in Florida sounds kind of funny to me. But then again I shouldn't 100% say that, since on my recent trip to Florida, I did wear my sweater a few times at night time. So I guess I'm being a bit contradictory or something, but yeah haha

Ahh yeah, poor us Canadians
I know Vancouver and Victoria, and that area of Canada seems to get a lot milder temperatures, typically but like you were saying.. It would seem most of Canada is freezing together this time of year.
Hopefully Spring comes soon!

After what has so far been a pretty easy winter, our temps out here in the Maritimes went down to -32 with a -47 C windchill.
It's not that unusual here to get a week or so, down in the - 18 to -20 - but even that's pretty much on the lowest end of the scale. This is not unprecedented, but it is quite out of the ordinary.
That's sort of Edmonton weather - and they are apparently sharing.

Oh my goodness! -47! I don't remember the last time it was nearly that cold over here.. Maybe back when I was in elementary school and it was around -40-ish. Even though I said the other day it was about -22 it was more like -31 with windchill.
Oh jeez, that is rough. I hope you were able to keep warm and stay inside!
Yeah I know Winnipeg gets super cold and windy in the winter. Edmonton would make sense too.

Luckily, it had passed and now is right around freezing mark, which is quite comfortable for me.
Spring would be a welcome sight for certain. I am looking forward to that, but it probably isn't for another month and a half or more. Thank you for the kind words
