I like baked potatoes, oven roasted potatoes, potato rösti (Swiss specialty), I also like fried potatoes, those usually called French fries, but I like more fried potato wedges. Boiled potatoes are good to make a potato salad or to prepare mashed potatoes.

@Icydoll I make breaded cutlets that need to be fried, usually veal or chicken. We do not eat pork.

@LadyDuck I also don't prefer pork . Do you use olive oil for frying?. My aunt tried shrimps and potatoes cutlets .it tastes good

I guess my only proper response is, is there ever a way to eat a potato that is NOT good? I can't find one, honestly.

Oh yes, we all prefer French fries, but they are not healthy, so I choose baked potatoes. I'm cooking potatoes for my son right now, because he loves boiled potatoes.

@Nevena83 it is made with boiled potatoes by adding spices. Then make them into bullet shaped .they are fried by adding little oil .
