I´ll just say good night right now before the laptop falls off my lap.
Today I washed a load of clothes and cooked some food to last me for part of the week.
I only have a couple of things to do tomorrow. but I´m sure that I´ll find something to do later on. I want to check on the thousand meds I have in the closet. Many of them are old. Today I was looking for a med I needed and found a package with a name I did not remember. I was going to look at the name online but first I checked at the expiring date and discovered that I did not need to look it up. It had expired ages ago. Maybe I should have looked at it anyway out of curiosity.
Anyway, tomorrow is another day. I will have to call the hospital to see if I can have some exams done the same day that I have my knee doctor appointment.
Sleep tight, dear lotters. See you tomorrow

Unfortunately, I cannot do this where I live. I get so cross as medicines are expensive.

I usually just take them out of their boxes or jars and mix them with garbage so that nobody will find them.

I cleaned it up last year. But I think that more meds will come up now.

I did a bit of sprucing up my medicine cabinet. Loads of expired tabs, capsules, and tubes with no caps. That place was messy. I'm glad it's clear of any rubbish. May I know what is troubling your knees? Like an injury or bone degeneration. I suffer from knee pain, it's depressing, yet I keep pushing. Take care.

@marguicha I understand. I'm 40 and have arthritis. Started way early in my 20s so yeah. I hope the medicines work for you and you live a happy life..

I have arthrosis. It is due to age. The only thing doctors can do is to prescribe pain pills and have therapy.

I try to keep the old meds tossed out as I go. Hope you can schedule everything for the same day
