My Snail Almost Died

I don't know if the snails I have can really survive long without water. But I noticed when I got back home yesterday, one of my snails snuck out of their tank and I found it lying helpless on the table. I did not know how long it had been outside. However, upon seeing it, I immediately put it back to the tank. The other big snail approached it and kind of did something to revive it.
At first I thought it is already really dead. Nevertheless, there it was revived because when I got back home from my OJT it is already crawling back.

Have you checked the pH of the water in the tank? Snail and fishies are sensitive to incorrect pH levels and the snails will crawl out of the water and die if the pH is too high. Fishies can withstand a higher pH than the snails can.

It is not advised to have one if you still have a tiny bowl aquarium without any natural plants because they increase the bio load of your tank, which over time could harm your tank. They enjoy eating the algae that forms on the aquarium's glass or rocks, so if you don't have any, they may start exploring outside, which could cause them to become dehydrated and eventually die.
