a few years ago, I saw a video of a woman, I can't remember her name again. that year she was 72 years old but she was looking like 32 years. she has been feeding on her own farm produce alone, her husband looks old but she was looking so young. and me, I love looking young always, I have planned to minimize what I buy in the market, then I started a little garden to meet this purpose.
here are other things I do now to maintain good health and look young
drinking water first in the morning to ease my bowel movement.
not taking cooked meals in the morning again.
eating fruits on an empty stomach or as breakfast
not eating different kinds of fruit all at once but allowing a space of at least 2 hours before eating another kind of fruit
eating a cooked meal for launch
eating dinner at least 3-4 hours before going to bed.
walking for at least 30 to 1 hour daily.
this has been helping me a lot to live a healthy life.

I like your healthy life. Some people have a baby face from birth and look very young. But I think a healthy attitude is more important

@pureme Yes, everyone has different physiques. This is innate. We can only pay attention to it ourselves

Interesting post, I really need to start drinking more water and eating healthier. Do you follow food combining? I'm working on following a whole food plant based lifestyle.
