Money Matters

I think there should be a limit to how much money a person can earn because this can help create a more equal and fair society, where everyone has access to the same opportunities. Besides, the pursuit of extreme wealth can lead to unethical or harmful behaviors, such as exploiting workers or engaging in illegal activities.

I totally disagree there. An equal and fair society is a dream and I even wonder if it's a nice one. Not all can be brought down at the same financial level. That will crush innovation, creativity and hardwork..it will be a mundane boring life.

It would be like living in a utopian era.

I think in short, there are the good and the evil in both rich and poor.

Really.???.I think if you are willing to work you should be paid.If you want to do overtime You should be paid for overtime. Of course I wish that wealth would be distributed evenly to each family This would cut down on illegal activities. However it would take a special Governor or President to implement such a difficult task.

Yeah, because extreme wealth inequality is the major cause of social and economic problems, such as poverty, crime, and political corruption.

@Barongo Well when you think about it is true.If we all have equal amount of wealth there would be no need for jealousy. However you will still find a few greedy people who will steal and kill to acquire more.

@askme123 You are right. At least the rate of crime and poverty will reduce.

Not in a million years. We already have an equal and fair society. You get from it what you put into it, and that's that. People are rich for a reason and poor for a reason. Everybody earns proportionate to their contribution, level of risk they take, and what product is produced as a result of what they do.

I also disagree. We are all unique and have different things that motivate us. What is excess work to one is bare minimum to another. What one deems as an undesirable job is another's dream job. We all have the ability to fight for what we want and to walk away from what we dont.

One man's food is another man's poison. It all boils down to the choices he makes. I like your reply

Having access to the same opportunities has nothing to do with the amount of money people earn.
